The modernized cottage we stayed in was not only comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, but it also had a charming touch with milk in the fridge, cereals provided, and chocolates on the coffee table. the efficient central heating system kept us warm during our visit, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful grounds. The host, Julian, was incredibly attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the clear instructions provided before our arrival and the helpful information on local eateries and activities in the area were greatly appreciated. We were particularly impressed by the personal touch of Julian visiting us before our departure to ensure everything was satisfactory. The property's setting was serene and picturesque, with well-kept lawns and gardens adding to the peaceful ambiance. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, taking advantage of the nearby cycling routes and visiting the National Trust properties and local attractions.
